I'm unsure whether this product is suitable for me.

That's no problem, and many people experience the same thing. To help us recommend the best product for you, we invite you to contact us directly for a free consultation.

Together we'll find the ideal product for you!

Can I return my order?

You can return your order within 14 days, provided it is unopened. Please contact us if you wish to do so!

Are all products vegan?

Yes - all my products are vegan!

Is everything raw and of high quality?

All my products are, wherever possible, raw and dried at 38-45 degrees Celsius, depending on the powder. My wild blueberry, wild lingonberry, cranberry, and sweet chestnut powders, as well as all the berries in my antioxidant powder and the barley grass juice powder from Austria, are absolutely raw.

However, some berry powders (e.g., raspberry or strawberry) are not available raw on the market, or only from Kazakhstan. For example, Zellzauber also contains a berry powder that has been heated to 55 degrees Celsius, but it is organic and from Europe. Spice powders like cloves are also not available raw.

Why aren't all the products certified organic?

Currently, I've decided against obtaining my own organic certification, as it involves extra bureaucracy, costs more, and my food grows primarily in the wild anyway. No one in their right mind needs organic certification for wild berries!

Why are wild berries precious and expensive?

All my wild berries are hand-picked in Scandinavia (using hand-held berry pickers) and come from wild, untouched nature. High quality and pure food come at a price. But their potential, effects, and the well-being they bring to our bodies are priceless!

What do I do if a product or glass bottle arrives damaged?

Send us an email including a photo of the package contents to lotte@nordfey.com and we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible!

How can I integrate wild berries and green grass into my daily diet?

A simple goal could be to boost your day with one spoonful of wild berry powder and one spoonful of barley grass juice powder. How you start your morning sets the tone for the whole day! It's not without reason that they say "The early bird catches the worm!" So, start your day by putting into your mouth what's good for your body.

What are your breakfast tips?

In the morning, it's good to fuel your body with plenty of fruit, smoothies, and fluids. Your cells need vitamins and fresh energy. Avoid fats in the morning. It's better to eat healthy fats from the afternoon onwards; then your body's fat metabolism works more efficiently!

For breakfast, a large glass of Cell Magic Smoothie, or Pink Cell Magic Berry Smoothie, or for a change, a green smoothie with barley grass juice powder, which you can mix with sweet fruits such as apricots, apples, pears, or even with pre-soaked dried figs. If you need "more" after the smoothie, a wholesome muesli is a great option!

What should athletic people and people with low energy levels pay attention to?

Those who need more energy should ensure they get enough protein in the morning and add more barley grass juice powder (45% protein!) and spirulina (70% protein!) to their smoothie or juice. These are some of the most protein-rich foods in the world!
